Olivia Star has been nominated to the 2018 Prime Property Prize. The highest building in northern Poland “starts” in the category: “Investment or the Year Office Space Market.” Internet voting will end on 3 September. The prizes will be handed over on 17 September, during the 2018 Property Forum in Warsaw.
The „Prime Property Prize” in that category is awarded to new or extended office buildings or office complexes where the investment process ended between September 2017 and September 2018. The assessment covers the quality and innovative nature of the design, investment completion time, commercialisation process, innovative solutions, architecture and the environmental and regional economy impact of the investment.
Out of all submitted proposals, editors of Propertynews.pl and Propertydesign.pl have selected 5 best developments. Now the next stage is under way after which prizes will be awarded on the basis of summed up votes of experts and web users – they may be cast until 3 September at: http://www.propertynews.pl/konkurs/prime-property-prize-2018,36/
It is worth adding that the 180-metre Olivia Star was selected the best office facility in Central and Eastern Europe at the CEE Investment & Green Building Awards. The things that make the skyscraper stand out is the Winter Garden that is now being developed to be used for relaxation and rest of employees; and the Star Top design that consists in providing common access to the three top stories that will house restaurants, coffee shops, a business club, a panorama terrace and a conference centre.
