GFKM conducted a study of women’s leadership/managerial courage.
Based on the conclusions of the study, a workshop was created to strengthen various aspects of the courage of female leaders and managers.
During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to analyze your personal style of action, determine your strengths and deficits.
You will evaluate your management activities to date.
You will determine the situation you want and plan your bold steps towards charisma, emotional self-control, assertiveness, authenticity and other key competencies of courage indicated by you.
