Magdalena WitkiewiczWriter, bestselling Polish author.
Adored by women, she has been moving and motivating her readers for years, not only in Poland, but also abroad.
Her books have been published in Vietnam, Lithuania and the United States.
The film rights to eighteen novels were sold.
In her novels, she touches on difficult topics of loneliness, searching for the meaning of life, making difficult choices, and love.
Called a specialist in happy endings, she talks about serious matters in a light, and sometimes even very light style.

She had her own marketing company, and for some time she ran it and wrote novels at the same time.
Today, her professional life consists of books selling tens of thousands of copies. Her books are recommended in bibliotherapy campaigns. In 2014, Magdalena Witkiewicz represented Poland at the International Festival of European Literature in Hanoi. In May 2017, the best-selling novel “Cherries Always Must Be Two” was the festival premiere of the International Festival of Literature Apostrophe (Apostrophe International Literature Festival).
It also became the Best Book of the Year 2017 by the Lubimyczytac.pl portal. Magdalena Witkiewicz’s book “First on the List” was nominated in the Book of the Year 2015 plebiscite lubimyczytać.pl in the category of Literature of Manners and Romance. In the following years, such a nomination was received by the novel “Hi, co słychać”, then “We Will Meet Again”, “The Gang from Burej and the Secret of the Library” and “Letters Full of Dreams”. “Lilka and the Great Affair” by Magdalena Witkiewicz won a distinction in the second edition of the “Child-Friendly Book” competition organized by the Museum of Play and Toys in Kielce! In 2019, “Matthew and the Forgotten Treasure” received a distinction at the XX Kościerzyna Kashubian and Pomeranian Book Fair “Costerina 2019”
