It’s time to learn about the forecasts on the new challenges facing the HR industry and summarize the last 12 months.
Our guests will be lecturers at the University of Gdańsk and the Gdańsk University of Technology.
Professor Piotr Szczuko
is a scientist and educator at the Department of Multimedia Systems at the Gdańsk University of Technology. He is interested in the issues of responsibility, ethics and explainability of artificial intelligence. He is an expert in the field of multimedia data processing, the use of large language models, optimization of artificial neural networks and a supporter of the idea of Green AI.
Topic of the lecture:
“The race for the competences of the future – cooperation or competition with new technologies.”
AI can support but also disrupt innovation and research. We will consider what role humans should play in solutions using artificial intelligence and whether “virtual assistant” and “AI researcher” are new team members? What are algorithmic biases and are they easy to eliminate? What are the fundamental limitations of AI in the context of understanding and creative thinking that are crucial for innovation?
Wioleta Dryl,
PhDfrom the Department of Marketing at the Faculty of Management of the University of Gdańsk. She particularly appreciates cooperation in international research teams, learning about new cultures, and the realities of working in foreign scientific units.
The topic of the lecture:
“Boss Branding and Employer Branding – the human face of the boss and the image of the company as an employer.”
Dr. Dryl will discuss the topics of branding, the evolution of the brand concept over the past decades and the latest solutions used in the field of branding, including personal branding. The expert is particularly interested in new areas of corporate strategy in which branding is used.
