Project Management Methodology | 07.02
This is a training on the foundations of design knowledge. It systematizes basic methods, tools and nomenclature in accordance with the most important methodological guidelines according to the PMI-PMBOK® Guide, PRINCE 2 and IPMA. It introduces key best practices and builds a comprehensive understanding of issues occurring in investment projects, taking into account the specifics of project management in the company.

The training is carried out in the form of workshops. Participants are divided into project teams and work in them using project management tools and techniques in a sample project. The results of this work are discussed in the forum.
