The modern labor market is changing dynamically, and recruiters are increasingly turning to artificial intelligence to improve recruitment processes. How does AI affect job searching? How to adapt your CV to ATS systems? How to prepare for a job interview with the help of modern tools?

If you want to learn more, we invite you to the workshop “Using artificial intelligence in job search”, during which we will focus on:

• the role of AI in recruitment – how it works and what mistakes candidates most often make,
• tools supporting CV writing – adapting the document to ATS systems,
• simulations of recruitment interviews with the help of AI – how to effectively answer difficult questions,
• analyzing strengths and planning a job search strategy using AI.

The workshops are aimed at adults who want to effectively use new technologies in the recruitment process and increase their chances on the labour market.

Teacher

Arkadiusz Cimiński – a graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology. For many years, he conducted classes in Gdańsk secondary schools as well as lectures and classes at Tri-City universities. He also conducts classes in social skills training, mechatronic device programming, and programming. She is interested in new technologies and their use in everyday life. Privately, she loves walking, basketball and a good TV series.

The workshop will take place on March 19, 2025 . at 13:00-16:00 at the Talent Development Center.

Participation in them is free of charge, but the number of places is limited, so prior registration is required.

You can only take part in each Talent Development Center workshop once. They take place cyclically, but their content is the same. We ask people who have already participated in the meeting not to take their seats.
