Innovative Titanium Coating
We have covered surfaces and common elements (including, m.in, halls, corridors, lobbies, underground floors, elevator cabins and their summoners, handrails, door handles, security control gates, toilets, bicycle changing rooms, furniture). This modern method of disinfection, which uses titanium dioxide, is used primarily in facilities with very high hygiene standards, such as hospitals or food production plants. The titanium coating works on the principle of photocatalysis, creating a surface free of pathogenic microorganisms. Bacteria, fungi (including moulds) and viruses are eliminated and their residues are broken down into carbon dioxide and water. The coating remains active for a minimum of one year. Interestingly, it also cleans the air masses that come into contact with it.
Effect on the substrate – usable surfaces
Durable – min. 12 months. Over 99% reduction in the solid amount of viruses, bacteria, mould and fungi on the surface. Odour absorption.
Effect on air
Over 80% reduction in the solid amount of viruses, bacteria, mould and fungi in the air. Odour absorption.
Effects on health
Non-invasive, inert, harmless – you can use objects and rooms. Titanium-coated surfaces purify the air rubbing against them – improving indoor air quality.
Odour
Odorless
Coating Effectiveness, ATP Technology
To be absolutely sure of the effectiveness of the coating, we systematically test it with a LumiNometer. This is a portable cleanliness and hygiene analyzer purchased by us especially for this purpose. To analyze the level of surface activity, we use ATP technology; We test the effectiveness of the coating and the cleanliness of the surface at the same time. A nanocoating of titanium dioxide (TiO 2) when exposed to light forms hydroxyl radicals. These highly reactive radicals break down and destroy cell membranes. Since most microorganisms are single-celled organisms, they die when they come into contact with the coated surface. ATP is a molecule found in and around living cells, and it gives a direct measurement of biological concentration and health.
RECEPTIONS
All reception desks are equipped with hand sanitizer dispensers. We have also equipped them with plexiglass covers.
Reception staff wear protective masks and, additionally, gloves – when checking a document or issuing an entry card. Importantly, the entry card is disinfected with a UV sterilizer after each use. The action of ultraviolet light removes viruses, bacteria and microorganisms from its surface so that it is safe to use.
Hand sanitizer
Hand hygiene and disinfection are key to protecting against the virus. That is why in those places in Olivia where we are experiencing increased traffic, in all communication routes, in common spaces (such as garages, lobbies, elevator lobbies) and at the ticket offices of car parks, we have set up dispensers with disinfectant liquid.
Protective masks
Wearing a face mask is one of the most important and easiest ways to protect yourself and others. All users of the common areas of Olivia’s buildings, in particular lobbies, elevators, corridors and underground car parks, are required to cover their mouth and nose when they are in these spaces.
HELPOMAT
Forgot to take your mask with you? Do you need nitrile gloves or disinfectant wipes? Use HELPOMAT. The vending machine is located in the vestibule of the Olivia Six building (entrance from the Olivia Star side). You can buy the above-mentioned protective equipment there.
Temperature measurement
In the lobby of all buildings, we have installed readers that allow employees and guests to voluntarily measure their temperature.
DELIVERIES: COURIERS, CATERERS
We care about your comfort, but our priority is your safety, so we have decided to reorganize the entire delivery system in Olivia. From September, delivery people and couriers can once again deliver parcels directly to offices. Of course, in accordance with the highest safety rules adopted in Olivia. The delivery system can be adapted to the current situation.
CLEANING & CLEANING
We have intensified the activities of cleaning services. Handrails, door handles, handrails, elevator panels, reception desks and other elements in common areas are disinfected at least every two hours. All social rooms of service employees are regularly disinfected, in particular ozonation. In addition, employees of cleaning companies (as well as security and technical staff) move around Olivia only in protective masks, and in indoor spaces also in nitrile gloves.
