A distance of 2 meters from other people reduces the risk of spreading infection. So we’ve put in place solutions to help you comply with this principle.

For the sake of common safety, we have marked the outdoor area around the buildings and the buildings themselves, and indicated the routes of entry and exit recommended by us. Communication paths start at key points in the Residents’ movement:

• at the Olivia Gate A building (next to Starbucks, people heading to Olivia from the SKM Przymorze station)

• at Olivia Four (people heading to Olivia from Wita Stwosza Street and the “Tetmajera” tram stop)

We have assigned a unique color to each building.The characteristic colours are used for both internal markings (you can get to the reception desk, elevators, exits efficiently and collision-free) and external markings (communication routes directing to a specific building).

Colourful graphic symbols (m.in. on the floor in the common areas) remind you of the need to keep a safe distance of 2 metres, e.g. when waiting for the elevator or passing through access control gates.

Each building has a unique one-way traffic system for users, which eliminates unnecessary passing. This also applies to stairwells.

We have modified the operation of the car parks to make it as easy as possible to keep a safe distance when leaving the vehicle and heading towards it.

We recommend that office lifts should be used for a maximum of four people at a time, and for two people in smaller cabins . If you see that these limits have been reached, please wait for the next lift. Safe transport by elevators is supported by constant ventilation. Normally, the wine waiting for passengers has its doors closed. We’ve changed these settings to give you more access and fresh airflow.

In the common areas, we have placed mainly single seats. These and other pieces of furniture have been placed in accordance with the principle of keeping a safe distance between the users. The furniture is covered with a titanium coating and is still regularly disinfected.

We have marked washbasins and urinals with stickers, which can be used to keep a safe distance. We also recommend that you wash your hands for at least 30 seconds, use the benches in the changing rooms carefully (one bench – one person) and use every other shower cubicle.
