A team of designers and architects from Olivia Business Centre actively supports Residents in the processes of adapting their offices to the new post-covid reality. The main goal of all Design Anatomy activities is to guarantee tenants’ employees a sense of security and maximum comfort, hence the focus on three main areas: risk, capacity and ways of movement of people using office spaces. On the basis of the analysis of these factors, Design Anatomy adjusts the offices to the needs and expectations of the Resident.

We have reorganized the work of all Olivia departments. We have adapted its rhythm, cycle, and scope to the specifics and types of tasks of individual teams. Our primary goal is to provide you and your guests with maximum safety and professional, uninterrupted service.

Security, cleaning and technical service employees wear protective masks and Gloves. Members of these departments They work in teams, in shift cycles, to minimize the risk of contact, infection and ensure continuity of services.

All social rooms are regularly disinfected, in particular by ozonation.

We have also installed air ionizers in selected technical rooms.
