We design our office

The Italian atmosphere was broken by Bond and his special agents. The walls are decorated with hand-made graphics, inspiring memories from distant corners of the world, as well as trinkets that make us feel closer to home. Matylda Grabska from Olivia’s HR department talks about the project known within the company as “We design our office”, which has become the best way to integrate the teams of Olivia Business Centre.

What was the assumption?

Matylda Grabska: There were several. First of all, we wanted the team to create a place in each room that would best show their character and interests. In addition, we wanted to give our co-workers the opportunity to design and then arrange the room so that they feel as comfortable as possible and feel at home. It was also supposed to bring out their creativity and commitment in creating a common space. The last assumption was broadly understood integration, not only in our own teams, but also with other employees of the company. It also made it possible to get to know each other better, because everyone wanted to see what the others were doing, ask for ideas on how to make certain elements, and it also showed features that are sometimes difficult to see at work on a daily basis.

Do we design differently than usual?

At Olivia Business Centre, the arrangement team designs and supervises the implementation of hundreds of square meters of office space on a daily basis. We have experts in this area who create projects for many well-known brands and companies, so it is part of the business profile. At the same time, there are our great interior architects who know ergonomics and style. We, as a team, decided to arrange the rooms ourselves, and invited interior specialists only for minor consultations, room tours and evaluation of the effects.

What happened behind the doors of the third-floor offices?

Each department received its own budget, calculated along the outline of the walls of the room so that the chances were as even as possible, and two weeks to think about how to use this amount as part of the dream interior design. These were not large sums of money – from 160 to 360 zlotys for individual rooms, so creativity, invention and heart put into ideas were what counted. After that, the HR department had three weeks to purchase all the necessary items and tools, which were only distributed on the day of the event.

A race with prizes?

Especially with the time that everyone had at their disposal. We decided that it would be optimal to take two hours to prepare the office according to the concept, without disturbing the normal rhythm of work. Our colleagues were informed that there would be a prize for the winning room, but they did not know what exactly it would be. We wanted it to be secondary, so that they would focus primarily on the project itself.

Didn’t anyone break the rules?

Most of the participants treated the initiative more as a game, but there were also cases when some considered it a very serious matter. There was even an anonymous report that one of the rooms was decorated before the day of the Housewarming Party, and that the person should therefore be disqualified.

Was there going to be a revolution?

There are concrete pillars in the office rooms and these are the ones that the employees most often wanted to decorate, because to be honest, they are not particularly phenomenal. Unfortunately, this element was the only one that was supposed to remain unchanged, so painting or forging was out of the question. So whoever still wanted to do something with this element had to come up with a completely different way of arranging it and it turned out to be really interesting.

Where did the idea come from?

First of all, we wanted everyone to feel involved in creating the space that surrounds us, to kind of really like the place where we spend so much of our day. I also think that the work environment itself should be conducive, and this is often forgotten. We engage in duties in a completely different way if we feel at home. And this is where the idea came to individualize and adjust the surface, equip it with elements close to us so that we feel as good as possible in it.

Are we designing with a housewarming party?

Yes, after two hours of hard work on the arrangements, the time has come to feast together. Everyone was asked to bring a small snack, but the commitment exceeded our wildest expectations. At the same time, the committee was tasked with selecting the winner. The composition of the evaluators was not accidental – from each independent department, people were selected who were completely unrelated to individual rooms. We wanted it to include people holding very different positions – from our President to colleagues from the construction department. It was really interesting to watch.

Was it easy to pick the best?

This proved to be an extremely difficult task. The winner was the IT department, which created a classic men’s room with a James Bond theme. On one wall, shadows from the intro of the 007 movie were created. On the other, the boys painted the women of Her Majesty’s favourite with their own hands. Everything is complemented by helmets and vinyl records. The second place was won by finances, creating the atmosphere of Don Corleone’s mafia family. A white hat hanging over the director’s head and a group photo of the department in disguise reminds us that there are clear rules here (laughs). But I really want to emphasize at this point that in each of the rooms you can see the great contribution and work done by our co-workers.

What was at stake?

Until the very end, we kept it a secret what the prize was. Above all, we cared about internal integration, winning was in the background. The winners from IT went to Kolibki Adventure Park. There were quads, jeeps, shooting with air rifles and, as they reported, great fun.

About! Game. Interview with Krzysztof Pimpicki from Positive Productivity

What IT tools are used for in practice, how to standardize activities to make automation effective and cheaper, and how to effectively measure work will soon be found out by the participants of O! Game! In a business simulation, rival teams will face real challenges. Players involved in the improvement process will learn how to eliminate waste more effectively through mapping and work on choosing the right strategy that will allow them to achieve even better results – says Krzysztof Pimpicki, CEO, Strategic Partner of Management Boards, Master Trainer at Positive Productivity, co-leader of the O! Game in Olivia Business Centre.

What is O! Game?

About! Game is a lean game based on the use of IT tools needed to optimize the improvement process. In practice, we are moving the SSC environment to the game/simulation environment. We engage the participating teams who, seeing the results, are able to achieve better business results thanks to the use of the latest technology in the field of data measurement and analysis. This happens both in terms of processes and management by the key performance indicators (KPIs) present in the game.

Who is the originator and creator of the game?

The Positive Productivity team was looking for a method that would show the improvement process in a fun and engaging way. This one can be easy as long as we have data, transparency, and the ability to test changes. We created the game in order to convince the participants that continuous improvement can be fun, fast and engaging on the basis of real data and IT tools, not just Excel and a stopwatch.

How do the workshops take place in practice?

We have allocated 4 hours for the whole game. In the first part, we will deal with the business environment, as the goal is to learn about the work of individual positions of operational specialists. It is important that, in addition to the IT tools used to measure and improve the results both from an operational and financial perspective, the participants experience work standards based on detailed instructions. It’s as if they’ve just been recruited for a new position. We will then involve them in the process of improving this by eliminating waste, mapping and working as a group to choose the right strategy for organizing work within the team. All this in order to achieve better results. That is, we will combine IT with classic work and its basic tools.

What are the lessons learned from previous editions?

The game quickly catches on. The participants emphasize that it is a completely different kind of “fun”. Usually, they mean simulations with the use of blocks, i.e. a much less business-like model. In this case, we are dealing with a reflection of the realities in which the participants experience change. They see and see how a given strategy translates into results. It is an interesting and engaging experience, with an element of competition between the different teams. By actually translating actions into concrete results, participants can learn a lot while working in a natural environment.

How many bands?

We plan a maximum of 12 active people, divided into two teams. The limitation is due to the tools that will be used in O! Game. These will be tablets with which changes will be made on an ongoing basis. On the other hand, it is a great opportunity to meet specialists from other companies, because we invite one participant from each organization from the Tri-City area.

The future is about community creation, biophilic design and technology

The standard classics are a thing of the past. Companies are trying to make office spaces stand out, but not only by emphasizing the company’s identity, but above all by creating an environment conducive to employees. They no longer want to feel intimidated, and their self-esteem as well as their proximity to nature and technologically advanced solutions are conducive to efficiency. That’s what it’s all about – says Maciej Kotarski, Sales Director at Olivia Business Centre. “The biggest influence on our well-being is what we like. That is why Olivia’s latest projects use art, which, according to experts, makes smiles, contentment and energy change the concept of desk work.

Olivia Prime is the office building of the future?

Certainly, in some respects, Olivia Prime can be presented as a unique building. Completely different from most of the existing office buildings in Poland.

What is the reason for this?

First of all, because of the emphasis on contact with nature. Opening windows are a matter of course. This building already has two terraces in the first part, and after the completion of the second part, it will have five roof terraces with different functions: leisure, observation and amphitheatre. In addition, there are private loggias on each floor so that there is a possibility to go outside in each office. We are also building a number of private terraces and galleries surrounding the entire building on the lower floors. The lowest gallery and terrace (on the 1st floor) will be part of a large canteen, which during the day will also serve as an attractive place for work and meetings. Contact with nature is also the main hall, filled with greenery, suspended even from the ceiling, and details such as the wooden pillars of the façade, which look amazing in an ultra-modern office building.

Finally, art, the building is saturated with it. Murals in all halls, walls designed like paintings, screens in the main hall – vertical constructions that move in several planes. Some of them have electronic screens, while others are a fantastic medium for works of art, which we will change regularly.

Art in the ascendancy?

Yes. In Olivia Prime, the walls inside the building are decorated with murals created by Looney, a Tri-City creator of street art. Apart from them, there are also city panoramas on the walls of the halls, which direct the viewer towards the so-called naïve art. Overall, this has a huge impact on the uniqueness of the office building.

Has art become a trend in office buildings?

Every company wants its office to stand out. Our task is to ensure that the broadly understood common areas in the office building reflect the needs of users, and the perception of these needs is variable. This can be seen by analysing our individual buildings and the interior arrangements made in them.

Every building encapsulates a certain idea?

This is perfectly illustrated by the example of Olivia Tower, whose project is focused on prestige. When we started the project, we imagined this building as a “temple of business”. The interior of the main hall is relatively dark, with stars – points of light on the ceiling. Reflecting the concept of a “lake at night”, it is exceptionally elegant and peaceful.

What effect did the designers expect?

First of all, it was about prestige and the perception of high quality, and even a certain luxury. It is difficult to say for sure whether this had an impact on the choice of the office building by specific residents, but of all Olivia’s buildings, it is in this building that the largest number of headquarters of large companies are located.

What are the differences between the individual projects of the Olivia Business Centre complex?

First of all, it should be noted that the designs are completely different. In the Tower, we used high-quality materials, such as marble and a stone wall with an illuminated pattern forming Olivia’s logo. The main pillar, on which there are plaques with the names of tenants, has been covered with stone in such a way that it looks a bit like a tree. The marble for the walls was selected for each of them individually. At Olivia Prime, we focused on nature, arranging the interior with wood, plants and furniture that you can sit on without fear. All the furnishings are close to modern everyday life, so the popular ivy and furniture from the threshold do not give young people a sense of distance, there is no question of whether it is allowed to use them. Prime is all about joy, colour, art and an appetite for life. The art dimension is also following this path.

An element of education?

Rather, it is to show that worlds can intertwine. On the walls in Olivia Prime we do not commune with classical high art, as in a gallery or some buildings in Warsaw. Here we are a brother with its manifestations close to people. Murals, power art, whole walls designed like modern paintings. The somewhat naïve city panoramas all in all seem endearing, cheerful, full of energy, and even clearly benevolent to those who stay there.

Are these buildings so different?

Yes, but there are even more differences. In the Tower everything has been given once and for all, it is as sure and stable as it is in the temple. In Prime, the whole thing moves. Furniture and plants can be moved. Similarly, the vertical, large-format constructions-screens in the main hall, and with them the multimedia screens and boards hanging on them, move up and down, to the right and to the left. Stability and certainty versus movement and change.

What is the difference between the interior of Olivia Six and them?

In my opinion, it’s in between. I perceive it as an exclusive club, something that is full of luxury, like the Tower, thanks to the high-quality materials, beautiful stones on the floor and furniture. The other side of the coin is the club element, i.e. deep and very elegant armchairs that invite you to sit down, or to sit down and make yourself more comfortable to feel really good on them. Still exclusive, but no longer a temple, but a club. It’s the most comfortable place in all of Olivia for me!

What is the cloud-reaching Star?

The interior of Olivia Star is a very complicated and multifaceted project that is difficult to capture with one simple slogan. The leading trend is biophilic design, very emphasized by the soaring walls of the great halls, lined with light wood, with fragments of live moss. Under the high ceiling, in the monumental main hall, there are winding strands of clouds, made of exquisitely arranged scrolls of almost white, illuminated material. My favorite place in Olivia Star, however, is the smaller, but charming and therefore intimate northern hall, from the side of Olivia Prime, full of natural materials. What catches the eye are the linen coverings of the furniture, the proximity to nature and the beautiful, slightly raw, but very warm wood on the walls. Nature is reflected in the great literality and great simplicity of wooden elements, furniture and chandeliers, completely transporting us to nature. Of course, this intimacy is conventional, due to the scale of the building, even the northern hall is larger than most comparable interiors in the Tri-City.

Are such proposals in line with global trends?

Absolutely, but different trends coexist with each other. The “business temple” trend is as old as the business world. It has proven itself for many years. Buildings arranged in this way are considered beautiful and valuable, as well as very valuable. Personally, I like them immensely. They support the well-being of employees indirectly, through the projection of strength, prestige, stability, and can even arouse pride. Thanks to this, we can feel more confident in them, which is especially valuable in difficult times.

Now people are looking for well-being and a conducive working atmosphere.

The world has changed. Now there is an employee’s market and the pursuit of talent begins. So the roles were reversed. The employer is honored to have an employee visit and, illustrating, we buildings are honored that you talents will come to us, so how can we help you?

Do you want a programmer to feel as good as on your favorite couch?

That is the goal, hence the further evolution towards deep naturalness, which shortens the distance. It gives you the feeling that this place is for everyone. The North Hall of the Star has been designed in such a way that you can relax and catch your breath. The next stage of evolution is the Prime lobby, where two needs in the spirit of the wellbeing philosophy were crucial. The first is to provide relaxation and a sense of contact with nature through soft furniture, plants and natural materials in the spirit of biophilic design. The second need is the need for strength, energy, providing a sense that this is where we get energy. Entering work is supposed to make us smile, energize, make us feel a surge of power and want to act. With faith, enthusiasm and optimism – this is what art and changeability are for.

Invaluable in the office dimension?

Contact with high art evokes completely different emotions, which is why at Prime we are close to people and offer a slightly easier message that each of us has to deal with on the street. We are not intimidating, because power art, by definition, is something playful and a bit comic-booked. It brings joy, draws you into the game, gives you energy.

Which way is the next step?

In the entire spectrum of office currents and trends, there is nothing on the horizon that will effectively replace the philosophy of wellbeing and biophilic design. These two concepts are strongly supportive. The concept of well is focused on recognizing talents, while biophilic allows you to feel good and comfortable. This results in productivity, so I’m confident that nothing will displace this trend for a long time. It can only be supplemented.

What?

First of all, re-use, i.e. reuse, which is more and more often used. Producing new things consumes resources and destroys the environment, so it is best to use what has already been given to us. This is an interesting complement to the philosophy of wellbeing, because people, having their basic needs taken care of, want to do more noble things, which is illustrated by the top of Maslow’s pyramid. That’s why the use of recycled and reused materials in public interiors makes it clear that we’re here to make the world a better place. This helps to increase well-being and the satisfaction of doing something good. For yourself, for others, and most of all for the world.

What do you think the future holds?

The second trend that is already entering our lives is proptech, i.e. new technologies that are entering the office space. Applications are already being used that allow you to control temperature, lighting, book rooms, exceed access control at the entrance to the building, invite guests, assign them parking spaces, order food and much more using your smartphone. There is also a place for artificial intelligence, which, for example, can precisely determine the thermal needs of people staying in a given room, accurately measuring the scale and frequency of their movements, as well as the exact position of the body. This will allow you to adjust the temperature and ventilation in these rooms much better, which can radically improve your comfort.

Science is rushing, so the perspective of the future is and will continue to fascinate…

Yes. However, everything can give way to the power of relationships, because the quality of relationships with other people is crucial for the quality of human life. A developer can have a significant impact on this by supporting or even animating the building of a lively community that will inspire us every day to establish and maintain new, good relationships. This is what happens in co-working spaces, such as the dynamically growing O4 in Olivia, which is spreading to other buildings. Such relationships greatly enrich our daily lives. Working in such an animated, friendly and inspiring environment is a source of additional, clear and everyday satisfaction. Of course, it would be best if it happened in an environment that allows contact with nature, i.e. we return to something like a small village, only in a town made of office buildings.

Innovation Hub for Humanities meeting

Higher education and business use human and technological potential to tackle social and environmental problems.

We live in the 21st century. This is the time when the sharing economy, artificial intelligence, the so-called The Internet of Things and the Fourth Industrial Revolution must encompass all of humanity. Only then will we be able to grow together. This goal can only be achieved if people working in different sectors, with different backgrounds and experience, stand shoulder to shoulder.

The Innovation Hub for Humanities initiative, founded in Gdańsk, encourages residents to become more involved in social change. This platform is conducive to making time for a “TEA” (think-engage-act) to change thinking to a more creative and stimulating the curiosity of others. The inaugural meeting took place in Olivia Business Center and gathered over a hundred participants from various backgrounds.

The meeting was a fusion of discussions about innovations and global trends, an exchange of experiences between business and art, which was to initiate innovations and create new opportunities for the development of organizations and individuals. The highlight was the presentation of several final projects that aimed to convey the message to the participants of the meeting – anyone can join teams or develop their own ideas in the fields of health, education, environment, diversity in society or digital inclusion.

Among the speakers were: representatives from the European Commission (Dana Eleftheriadou – advanced technology and artificial intelligence for European enterprises and social innovations, Anna Sobczak – EU cluster policy, Patrick Klein – EU social economy), European innovators (Prof. Leif Edvinsson – winner of the “Brain of the Year” award, involved in the activities of the New Club of Paris, member of the JIN Program Council [Japan Innovation Network], Norway Open Innovation Forum in Lund and the Gdańsk Tech MBA Program, Alain Heureux – Creativity, innovation and change trainer, expert in the 2030 High-Tech Skills working group at the European Commission [DG Grow], member of the MBA Gdańsk Tech Program Council, Tomasz Radziewicz – artist, sculptor, designer of The Witcher characters and conceptual designs of other types of characters, as well as Janaki Weiden – Human and Servant Leaders Requested!, director of SAINT-GOBAIN Performance Plastics in Cologne, member of the MBA Gdańsk Tech Program Board). Leading the way were the originators and founders, Anna Grosiak, Director of Corporate Affairs. Business Development at Siemens Polska and Barbara Stepnowska, PhD, MBA Director at the Gdańsk University of Technology at the Faculty of Management and Economics of Gdańsk Tech.

The first meeting of the HRBP Club in Olivia in 2019 is behind us

The first meeting of the HRBP Club, operating at Olivia, is behind us. The main theme: “Scenarios of the future – priorities for the coming months and market signals”. During the event, m.in was presented. Results of research on the employee of the future, conducted by the Infuture Hatalska Foresight Institute, from an unpublished report by the institute.

We started the year with a conversation about the future ,” says Małgorzata Gwozdz, HR Director at Olivia Business Centre. ” We got to know the trends, the more futuristic ones, and we talked about the real challenges we face here and now. An important point of each of our meetings is a case study. This time, Bayer shared its experience, discussing innovative solutions in the field of “feedback” and mutual appreciation.

The results of the above-mentioned study were presented by Aleksandra Chołody-Trapp; Head of Research at infuture hatalska foresight institute. Bayer was represented by Aleksandra Peszek, HR Business Partner at Bayer Service Center Gdańsk.

The debate entitled “Is HR going to be tested for business usefulness?” was attended by experienced managers from dynamically developing companies. Among the speakers were: Ewa Latkowska; Country HR Director Poland/ Regional HRBP Flecstronix; Askaniusz Savitsky; HR Director at Ricoh Poland; Remigiusz Wojciechowski; Head of Bayer Service Center Gdansk; Dawid Ciechanowicz; Change manager. Organizational transformation consultant at Arrow Electronics.

– During the presentations and behind the scenes, there were lively discussions, which undoubtedly indicates a good atmosphere of the meeting, but above all the need to exchange observations, experiences and ideas among the heads and experts of HR departments and entrepreneurs. We are planning a few more meetings in 2019. We are going to slightly change their formula and move towards workshops, the need for which is declared by the members of the HRBP Club – adds Małgorzata Gwozdz.

Olivia Sports is back after the winter holidays

The next edition of football competitions for Olivia Business Centre Residents is underway. The defending champions from CityFit, as well as the always very solid competitors from HK Finance and PwC, seem to be the favourites for the final triumph. The chances of the most “football” team, last year’s finalists from the Lechia Gdańsk Foundation, are also highly rated.

However, it would be a mistake to underestimate the 2014 champions, the Energa Indestructible Dream Team, of whom they have won five out of seven matches so far. The dark horse of the league may turn out to be the perpetrator of the biggest surprise so far, i.e. the Olivia Business Centre team, which co-leads the competition, but which finished the previous editions closer to the lower regions of the table. On the other hand, the Staples team is making noticeable progress from season to season, confidently heading for the first time in history to reach the quarter-finals.

Our team started this season very well. There is a noticeable improvement in the elements practiced during training and the overall team chemistry. We have more players who score goals and we consistently use the tactics we have agreed upon. Many of us have taken our game to the next level – says Marcin Burakiewicz, Senior Oracle Developer in Pricing Analytics and captain of the Staples team. This season we are going to be in the top eight and fight in the knockout stage – he admits.

In the 2018/19 season, there are a record 17 teams in the league. Among them, there are several teams for which this is their debut in the competition: AirHelp, Arrow Electronics, FujiFilm and the Pomeranian Regional Chamber of Civil Engineers.

We joined the league because we love football. In our team there are players from different countries, with different styles of play. For this reason, in our first season we have to learn how to play with each other and get used to the rules of the Olivia Sports league. However, we are hungry for victories, so we train hard to improve the quality of our team. Our goal in the first season is to finish in the TOP 5 – says Carlos Vieira, Team Leader of Brazilian Market and Team Captain of AirHelp.

League matches are played on Wednesdays and Thursdays in the evenings on a covered pitch with artificial turf at ul. Haller in Gdansk. The teams play a round-robin format, with the top eight advancing to the knockout stage. The grand finale is planned for May.

Olivia Sports competitions are becoming more and more attractive every year. I have a very good opinion of the changes introduced by the organizer over the last two seasons, in particular the game with a ball intended for futsal and the withdrawal of players associated in professional leagues from the competition – adds Marcin Burakiewicz.

Holidays in Olivia? Of course it is!

Holidays in Olivia? Of course it is! And that’s the best part!

Behind us (or rather for the children who participated in the winter day camps at OBC) are days full of challenges, impressions, energy, laughter, fun and learning (yes, you can learn through play!). We started – it couldn’t have been otherwise – in a unique school, Thinking Zone, located in… in Olivia! We started the morning in a sporty way, with ice skating in the neighboring Olivia Hall. A second breakfast is obligatory so that when you gain strength, you have the strength for programming and robotics classes. This is also where LEGO bricks were in motion! Then a delicious dinner (we also invited our parents, so it was very family-like!) and going out into the field. Every afternoon we provided our pupils with different attractions (m.in. trampolines, walks, gym classes). There was also afternoon storytelling, reading, lazing around… We ended the winter holidays with a treasure hunt in Olivia Star, with a view of the Tri-City. We also celebrated the birthday of one of the participants.

In other words, it was special during the winter holidays in Olivia!

All under the care of experienced staff who made every effort to ensure that the children of the Residents, because it was for them that we organized the “winter camp”, integrated into the group, made new friends, experienced an unforgettable time and acquired new skills.

“We wanted it to be an extraordinary time for the children, so we made every effort to make the classes very diverse. Actually, every day brought something new and I can assure you that boredom was out of the question – says Magdalena Piskorska from Olivia Business Centre, project coordinator. – We actively used our neighborhood, so all the kids improved their skating skills. Some of them showed great self-denial and courage, as they stood on the ice rink for the first time. We would like to thank the parents for consistently strengthening the “sports spirit” – Adds.

  • “Programming in the world of MINECRAFT is an amazing and exciting class that teaches programming in English in an accessible form! The child enters the world of technology and acquires knowledge and practical skills! During the classes, we develop logical and analytical thinking as well as spatial imagination. Tasks become fun, and play becomes a task to be performed.
  • ROBOTICS – children learn the secrets of robotics and develop their English language skills at the same time! Robots are fun, knowledge and excitement all rolled into one. It is a bridge that connects children’s imagination and creativity with the infinite world of science. During the classes, everyone takes on amazing roles. Sometimes they’re in Hollywood, and other times we’re transported to space, where we have to complete a secret mission! Children are co-creators of these stories, so they never get bored! They learn teamwork, logical thinking and decision-making, which is everything they need for an exciting future!

Open Skull Thinking Zone for high school students from the Tri-City!

Did you know that high school students from our Thinking Zone organize Open Skull for high school students from all over the Tri-City?

Open Skull is an event that combines elements of partying, conferences, discussions, cinema and, of course, great fun. Open Skull is aimed at teenagers aged 14 to 19 who want to make new friends, learn something new, discuss a movie, a book or just have a good time with friends.

The event is divided into two parts. The first one, from 5.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m., is a discussion and workshop part. The second one, from 8:00 p.m. until the morning, is the time for fun, competitions, board and computer game tournaments. The whole event takes place in a modern space in the Olivia Business Center in Olivia Gate.

And what, sounds appealing?

Participants have at their disposal 7 workshop rooms and a common space – kitchens. There will be a place for a nap, don’t worry, but, as the organizers think, there will be no time or desire for it. The easiest way to get to Thinking Zone is by tram (stop: Bażyńskiego) or SKM (stop: Gdańsk Przymorze-University).

Who is the driving force behind Open Skull? “The organizers are WE, a group of sometimes crazy and crazy, but certainly very sociable and positive youth. The project is prepared during entrepreneurship classes at Thinking Zone middle and high school. We complained about the lack of youth spots in the Tri-City, so we decided to take matters into our own hands and organize Open Skull.” –Say.

Open Skull will start on Friday afternoon 15.03.2019 and end on the morning of 16.03.2019.
