American-Style Motivation

Tomorrow (i.e. August 25th) at 2 p.m., a motivational meeting will be held in O4. Ireneusz Osiński will talk about how to motivate yourself in the American style and reach new peaks.

Motivational processes direct behavior towards the achievement of specific, important states of affairs, they direct the performance of certain activities so that they lead to the intended results. Sometimes, however, we feel a lack of willingness to act, most often in the morning, and even coffee does not improve our attitude. The purpose of the meeting is to help overcome the perceived lack of strength.

ImagesIreneusz Osiński

I am a manager with many years of experience in sales and managing sales teams, mainly in highly competitive financial institutions. I am a psychologist by education, and I also completed postgraduate management studies at the Film and Television Production Department of the Lodz Film School.

The meeting will take place in the Arrakis room (2nd floor O4) and will last from 2 to 6 p.m. It is intended for O4 members only.
