During the meeting, we will work on the theory of CliftonStrengths (the so-called Gallup talent theory). Getting to know, naming and analyzing our talents is the starting point for further development, not only professional.

In the chosen theory, talent is a natural and repeating pattern of thinking, feelings, and behavior, which are contained in four areas:

• Influencing – 8 talents
• Executing – 9 talents
