Do you want to get to know your talents and – most importantly – learn how to work with them? Start now, take part in the workshops of the Talent Development Center entitled “Bay of Talents” and discover your potential!
During the meeting, we will work on the theory of CliftonStrengths (the so-called Gallup talent theory). Getting to know, naming and analyzing our talents is the starting point for further development, not only professional.
In the chosen theory, talent is a natural and repeating pattern of thinking, feelings, and behavior, which are contained in four areas:
- Strategic Thinking – 8 talents
- Relationship Building – 9 talents
- Influencing – 8 talents
- Executing – 9 talents

The meeting consists of two parts: theoretical and workshop and a game designed especially for the needs of the classes. And all this to meet all 34 talents and discover your Top 5!
Remark! The workshop is aimed at people who have not taken the CliftonStrengths test before – such people are invited to individual meetings.
