Together with the 3miasto Recreation Group, we invite you to a roqer tour after work!
During the next one, we will get to know the lower and upper terraces of Gdańsk, Lake Wysockie, where we are planning a break for… swimming in the lake. Bring towels and swimsuits with you.
To get there, we will travel through interesting routes of the forests of the Tri-City Landscape Park and those in the Valley of the Strzelenka Stream.
Due to the fact that Thursday is a holiday, we exceptionally carry out the trip in the afternoon of Tuesday, June 14.

Who is the route aimed at?

The next bicycle trip is addressed to adults and young people, cycling enthusiasts who like tourist trips combined with relaxation in the bosom of nature.
Minors can only take part in the tour under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians.

How to prepare for a trip, what to take?

The forests of the Tri-City Landscape Park will be traversed mainly along paved forest paths and fire roads, which are also used by local tourist trails.
If you want to get to know the local nooks and crannies, you will overcome numerous hills, so it will be a little up and down, so it is worth choosing a bike with gears, preferably a mountain bike, for the ride.
It would also be useful to have something to drink in the water bottle so that it doesn’t dry up your throat.
On the way, we will pass only one shop at the height of Chwaszczyno.

We require each participant to wear a bicycle helmet that is properly worn on their head!

Each participant should have

• An efficient bike, adequate to the terrain we are driving
• A bicycle helmet, properly worn on your head!
• At least one spare tube (the correct size)
• The right tools to repair your bike in the event of a breakdown
• Appropriate clothing appropriate to the weather, also for a change,
• Swimsuit and towel (we take a break at Lake Wysockie)
• Provisions for the road and drinks (we will take a few short breaks on the way)
• Aerosol to repel bloodthirsty insects

Applications and conditions of participation:

Participation in the bicycle trip is paid:

• PLN 14.99 per person (payable by Monday, June 13, 2022)
• PLN 24.99 per person (payable on the day of the trip, only through the registration system)

Each participant of the bicycle trip accepts the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Provide:

• Assistance of guides on the route (leader and closer)
• Assistance in repairing the bike, in case of its breakdown
• First aid kit, pre-medical aid
• Commemorative photos up to 2-3 days after the event
