Bocuse d’Or Poland ON TOUR is a series of dinners with outstanding Chefs, in unique places throughout Poland.
The next edition of the event will take place on October 9 at the Treinta y Tres restaurant! At the 33.
Chefs Adam Chrząstowski and Jacek Koprowski will appear on the first floor, who, alongside Chef Antonio Arcieri, the winner of the first ever Michelin star for Gdańsk, will delight our guests with culinary art at the highest level!
- Chef Adam Chrząstowski – Head Chef Bocuse d’Or Poland, an icon of the Polish culinary scene.
He has worked with leading restaurants and hotels in Poland and abroad, where he has won many awards and distinctions, including the MICHELIN Guide and Gault Millau.
- Chef Jacek Koprowski – one of the most promising chefs of the young generation in Poland.
Chef and co-founder of the Tri-City restaurant brand Fino.
Winner of the culinary Hermes in 2023 in the Chef of the Future category.
Especially for this occasion, the Chefs will prepare excellent dishes, the taste of which will be emphasized by perfectly selected wines.

- Amuse Bouche: Onion black pudding, apple, mustard seeds, egg
- Appetizer: Beef, pickled vegetables, porcini mushrooms, horseradish, watermelon, pumpkin, mustard
- Main course: Dover Sola, Meuniere Peanut Sauce, Beetroot Ravioli, Celery, Truffles
- Dessert: Las Petit Fours
