Together with the Pomerania Development Agency, we invite entrepreneurs and managers to free workshops using the LEGO® Serious Play® method

The workshops will take place:

In Gdańsk – March 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

In Słupsk – April 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The workshops are addressed to entrepreneurs and managers representing Pomeranian SMEs that employ at least 10 people.

Silos in organizations are nothing new – each team has its own priorities, its own processes, and sometimes also barriers that make it difficult to get along. This is normal. The problem begins when we have parallel worlds instead of cooperation.

🔎 What will we do?

During the workshop, using the LEGO® Serious Play® method, we will not only talk about cooperation, but we will build it – literally. This method will allow us to see how our teams work, where the blockages appear and how to overcome them. By building and sharing stories:

✅ We will name the biggest challenges in cooperation between teams

✅ We will determine what a well-functioning cooperation looks like

✅ We will recognize invisible barriers and mechanisms that perpetuate silos

✅ We will develop specific strategies and actions to implement right away

What is LEGO® Serious Play®?
