An effective budget control system is an indispensable tool for managing a company. An effective manager is able to construct and negotiate with the Management Board the budget of revenues and costs subordinate to him. He also has the knowledge necessary to supervise its implementation. His key tasks include the implementation of financial goals, interpretation of budget deviations and proposing new solutions.
During the training, managers will receive tools and learn methods to guarantee the effective implementation of the company’s goals through budgeting and cost control. The training will also strengthen cooperation between managers and people responsible for controlling in the company.
The training is conducted using the participatory method (active participation), considered to be the most effective form of information and knowledge transfer. The lecturers – practitioners with many years of experience in companies from various industries – use examples referring to their professional experience. Theory is limited to the necessary minimum, we focus on practical knowledge and its translation into business results.
