As part of the “Talents Without Barriers” series, the Talent Development Centre invites you to a webinar on how professional activation projects change the lives of people with disabilities. The meeting is organized in cooperation with the Integralia Foundation. The Foundation will talk about how it is changing the professional situation of many people with disabilities, among others thanks to the “I can do more!” project.

What else will we talk about?

• about what is important from the employer’s point of view,
• about opportunities, i.e. how to gain valuable experience,
• about the problems that can be encountered, but also about how to deal with them,
• about motivation and action orientation.

Sometimes all you need is the right support, determination to gain the right qualifications and a bit of self-confidence to start a new life. As an inspiration, we will want to learn the real stories of those who have won a job tailored to their interests and competences. Perhaps they will become a motivation for others to give themselves a chance?

Monika Dryl – certified project manager. Since 2016. cooperates with the Integralia Foundation in the field of coordination of social and professional activation programs for people with disabilities. As she says – “The work is very demanding, but at the same time extremely rewarding”. Under her leadership, two projects were implemented in the foundation, one of them entitled: “KOMPetencje na wymiar” was awarded in the “Pomorskie Sztormy 2017” plebiscite. As part of these activities, 109 people received their chance to work, almost half of them took up employment.

• The meeting will be moderated by career counsellors from the Talent Development Centre: Beata Butkiewicz and Agata Jakowlew-Dąbrowska.
• The webinar will take place on October 20, 2022. at 17:00-18:00
• Participation in the event is free of charge. The webinar will be translated into Polish Sign Language.
