The Talent Development Center invites you to workshops!

A job interview, a conversation during networking, a presentation of a completed project or presenting your idea during a meeting – all these situations are connected by a speech in front of a more or less known audience. Showing yourself to others – a difficult and often stressful situation, but what to do to look better? How to control fear? What to say? What can we do to make the audience want to listen to us? The answer is simple: expand your knowledge and acquire the necessary skills!

We will focus on how this can be done during the workshops. If you want to learn the theory and practice of public speaking, this event is for you!

During the workshops:

• We will talk about stage fright and how to deal with it
• You will learn the rules of creating content for public speeches – what to talk about?
• How to talk so that they listen to us – or how to make your speech more attractive
• “Not only words speak” or about non-verbal communication
• You will appear in public in a friendly atmosphere

Host

Sylwia Światłowska – career counsellor, psychologist, soft skills trainer. She completed postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management and the School of Psychological Training and Workshop at the INTRA Center for Psychological Assistance and Education in Warsaw and Job-Coaching – modern career counseling at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. On a daily basis, she is emotionally and professionally associated with the Talent Development Center. As part of her work, she has made numerous public appearances during speeches and conferences, workshops and events.
