We invite you to a discussion panel: “Gastronomy today and tomorrow. A panel discussion on the future of gastronomy tourism, fine dining, sustainability in gastronomy and culinary innovations.”

 

We have a unique opportunity to ask questions to outstanding Chefs. The discussion will be attended by: Albert Adrià, No. 2 in The Best Chef Awards 2023, innovator of modern gastronomy; Paco Pérez, winner of the 6.
Michelin stars; and Antonio Arcieri, ARCO Chef, winner of the first ever Michelin star for Gdańsk.

 

The guests, together with Cristian Gadau, founder of The Best Chef, and Łukasz Wysocki, President of the Gdańsk Tourism Organisation, will discuss topics related to new trends in gastronomy and the impact of culinary awards on the development of the industry and the region.
The discussion will be moderated and participated in by a well-known Polish blogger and food critic, Małgorzata Minta, editor of Vogue Polska.

 

Experts will share their thoughts on the inspiration and identity of the Chef expressed on the plate, as well as the expectations of the modern Guest. It will also be an opportunity to discuss the current trends in fine dining, the need for sustainable development of gastronomy and the challenges faced by Chefs.
There will also be talks about the role of gastronomy in the development of tourism and the importance of awards from the perspective of the region’s tourist development.
