The ambiguity and dynamics of the events they have to deal with every day make making the right decisions and managing change two key competencies of today’s Leaders.
The aim of the workshop is to expand team and organization management skills with specific techniques, methods and tools of change management and decision-making.

- Once you start: experiments, or an agile approach to change. Generating a variety of options, conditions for a good experiment, examples

Training methods
The training is a workshop combined with elements of lecture and case studies. The facilitator activates participants through moderated discussions, practical individual and group exercises, and behavioral training of specific managerial skills.
