With all the advantages of hybrid work (flexibility, time and cost savings, competitiveness of the employer on the labor market), this relatively new mode of functioning in organizations is also associated with specific challenges for managers. These include m.in. maintaining commitment, building authentic and strong relationships in the team, effectiveness management and healthy communication. And it is these topics that a short and dynamic workshop on managing a hybrid / distributed team is devoted to.

The training is a workshop combined with elements of lecture and case studies. The facilitator activates participants through moderated discussions, practical individual and group exercises, and behavioral training of specific managerial skills.
