The Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development invites you to the training “Leadership and Team Management”.
Many people become managers by appointment or appointment, which in many cases comes down to them performing the function of a formal supervisor – manager. However, the position of a leader is gained through everyday work with people, gaining their acceptance, trust and authority. It is a very responsible role, and its essence is teamwork. As Mahatma Gandhi noted, “In the past, leadership was based on muscle strength. Today it means getting along with people.”

The training is an expert workshop, during which tools such as brainstorming, guided discussion, individual and team tasks and simulations, and a customer acquisition skills tournament are used. The workshop ends with a summary of the answers to the questions and problems reported by the participants at the beginning of the training and the delineation of the so-called roadmap, i.e. an individual action plan.
