Most of us complain about the lack of time. Lack of time for work, passion, private life or finally lack of time for yourself. We do not know how to reconcile the achievement of professional and private goals. We live in a constant hurry and the feeling that “something” is chasing us. It is difficult for us to find an answer to the question of where we are running and why.
During the training, you will learn how to prioritize and deal with “time wasters”. You will learn and learn how to use tools that will help you control time and stress.
