New autumn opening. You voted and we already know. We are starting again with trainings for the advanced and intermediate groups. We play on Mondays at 20:00. The matches will be preceded by a very solid warm-up.

• In each training block, we will learn how to function in a team and how to position ourselves well on the pitch. Bounces, serves, blocks, nothing will be the same anymore:)
• Each class ends with a match or at least one big set.

Who is in charge, i.e. who conducts training?

Piotr Ilewicz – associated with volleyball for over 18 years, he played in m.in leagues. in Germany and Portugal. As a “boy from the seaside”, he also plays beach volleyball. He has won 3rd place in the World Cup, the European Academic Championship and a bronze medal in the Polish Cup. In addition to active playing, for several years he has also been a coach, training youth and adults – from enthusiasts and amateurs to professional volleyball players.

If you are a beginner and want to learn how to play volleyball, or you already know something, but you want to know much more, you are welcome! Come, report to the coach right away and tell him what your volleyball level is. You will receive individual tips, train and in some time join the advanced team!
