Olivia Centre’s HR Club is already 5 years old! Today, it brings together over 300 experts from actively developing companies and public institutions throughout Pomerania. It educates, shares knowledge, introduces good practices, talks about the things that are most important from the employee’s point of view. The HR Club is lectures, inspirations and numerous networking meetings.

Agata Grenda
Since September 2021, she has been the director of the Gdańsk Shakespeare Theatre. From 2006 to 2011, she worked as deputy director and curator of performing arts at the Polish Cultural Institute in New York, and from 2015 to 2017 she was the director of the institution. She was the director of the Department of Culture at the Marshal’s Office of the Wielkopolska Region (2011-2015), where 21 cultural institutions in Wielkopolska were subordinate to her. She also served as the vice-president of the Wielkopolska Council for Public Benefit Activities. From 2017 to 2021, she ran the company “Grenda. Production of Culture”, offering training, mentoring and production services in the field of culture, public diplomacy, international promotion and communication in business and culture. A graduate of Polish Philology with a specialization in journalism and postgraduate studies in psychology in marketing and management at the University of Warsaw. Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. Certified yoga teacher.
Małgorzata Czernecka
Business psychologist, trainer, manager. A specialist in the field of employee energy management, mental resilience and mental health. President of the Management Board of Human Power. She creates and supports the implementation of long-term wellbeing strategies aimed at optimizing the work style and increasing productivity in large companies. She has cooperated with companies such as m.in., Shell, Intel, Heineken, DHL, Axel Springer, Avon, Aviva, Samsung, Orange, T-mobile, PKO S.A., mBANK, Credit Agricole, ING Bank, P&G, HP Inc., Refinitive, Deloitte, Dentsu, 3M, JTI, Imperial Tobacco, Jeronimo Martins, Lotte Wedel etc. Originator of innovative Human Power development programs in the field of self-energy management, combining knowledge in the field of neurobiology, sports medicine, psychology and dietetics. Co-author of the first book on wellbeing in Poland: “Wellbeing in the organization“. Co-creator of Power Audit – the first tool in Poland to diagnose the energy level of employees•Co-author of numerous reports from nationwide research, m.in. “Mental Health. Emotions and business. Mental resilience of employees” (2020), “Stress-resistant. Mental Resilience of Polish Organizations 2020” (2021).
