*BANI – the pandemic has shaken all foundations and previous frameworks. The speed of change we are experiencing causes chaos, anxiety and an extremely strong need to define ourselves and the world in this new reality. Such an updated approach was presented by Jamais Cascio in 2020. Its model – the acronym BANI – is intended to help understand the effects of the pandemic, the processes we are experiencing and what we can expect in the future. Similar to the acronym VUCA, each letter BANI has its own meaning: Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, andncpreceptible.
