The HR Club invites you to the next meeting. The main topic: HR competence – supporting, not rescuing. We will talk about what the limits of supporting our colleagues are and recognize how we can expand the support offer that HR provides.

The guests of the meeting will be:

Monika Chabior – sociologist, manager, Deputy Mayor of Gdańsk for Social Development and Equal Treatment, who will present an offer of support for the mental well-being of adults and young people from the city of Gdańsk.

Katarzyna Kowalska – psychologist and therapist at ICAS Poland, who will lead the topic “Caring for employees – where the line lies”.

Taking care of the mental health of employees and associates and the support offered in this area by HR specialists is one of the most important topics currently occupying HR departments. We hope that the discussion on this topic will expand our knowledge, strengthen our sense of competence and enrich the range of solutions we offer.
