Dominika Kotuła

Since May 2023, she has been supporting the London Stock Exchange Group in Gdynia as an HR Business Partner, implementing the corporation’s global HR strategy locally. Previously, for 18 years, she built the HR department at the Sopot-based technology company Autopay (formerly Blue Media). In 2022, she was awarded the title of Businesswoman of the Year in the competition of the Success Written in Lipstick Foundation in the “family-friendly company” category. A holistic approach and taking care of various areas of employees’ lives are an important element of building a personnel strategy. She graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Gdańsk, postgraduate studies in human resources management at the Gdańsk University of Technology and personnel controlling at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.

Danuta Rocławska

Psychoeducator, specializes in the prevention of professional burnout. Psychologist, trainer, coach accredited as a crisis interventionist, long-time manager. A graduate of the University of Gdańsk and SWPS University. It helps organizations take care of the well-being of employees. She collaborates with doctors, managers and teachers. She is a regular commentator in the field of work psychology at TOK FM, Radio Gdańsk, Mindfulness Charaktery and Spider’sWeb. Mindfulness practitioner, graduate of courses at the European Institute of Psychology and Psychotherapy. She is the author of the czuloscwbiznesie.pl website and the project Burnout Without Secrets.

Paulina Ziomek-Wołczkiewicz
