Maciej Michalewski has been involved in the recruitment industry for 13 years. He gained business and recruitment experience by building his own recruitment agency from scratch, which at its peak employed 40 recruiters. Maciej is also passionate about technology and already in 2016 he started building a system that automates recruitment processes. In 2020, he founded and still manages Element, a company that provides employers with a recruitment system.
