8-week mindfulness training
Mindfulness training gives hope for an effective and long-lasting improvement in the quality of life. It was created to help with a wide range of psychophysical health problems.
It aims to develop an appropriate response to stress, burnout, and emotional problems. It supports well-being, increases immunity and helps in better functioning. The method teaches how to achieve peace and balance, regain time for yourself and a sense of meaning.

Mindfulness trainer in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy MBCT-D and Mindfulness in Life MBCT-L, programs certified by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. Member of the Expert Group on Well-being in Education at the European Commission and winner of the EITA European Innovative Teaching Award.
