OH LUCKY MAN! – Handbook of the lucky on vacation

This is our first workshop about HAPPINESS in the lead role! We invite those who would like to determine what gives them happiness and how to make it possible both in their private life and at work.

During the meeting:

we will talk about different approaches to the concept of happiness – what philosophers, doctors say about it and how “ordinary” people see it,

we will assess our level of happiness and determine its source,

we will focus on how to be happy at work and what chances we have for it in the current situation,

We will learn how to strengthen happiness both during the holidays and on a daily basis.
