During the meeting, we will focus on:
issues in the field of emotional and stress management: physiology of emotions and stress, ways of coping with negative emotions,
practical ways of communication in emotionally difficult moments,
effective communication about your emotions, feelings and needs,
ways of coping with stress: relaxation techniques and effective techniques of cleansing from the effects of stressors.
