Pomeranian Employers invite you to a unique debate “Talks at the summit – How to ensure safety? Global threats and local responses”, which will take place on the 34th, top floor of Olivia Star, on March 6, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

 

Bronisław Komorowski
Historian, anti-communist opposition activist. In free Poland, he was a member of the Polish Parliament, Minister of National Defence in the years 2000-2001. Speaker of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland in the years 2007-2010. In the years 2010-2015, he was the President of the Republic of Poland.

 

Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz
Doctor, politician, member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland of the eighth, ninth and tenth term. A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Jagiellonian University, doctor of medical sciences. Since 2015, he has been the President of the Polish People’s Party. In the years 2011-2015, he was the Minister of Labour and Social Policy in the governments of Donald Tusk and Ewa Kopacz. Since 2015 until 2023, Chairman of the PSL Parliamentary Club, since 2016 Member of the National Security Council.On December 13, 2023, he was appointed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence.

 

Guidance
Witold Jurasz
Journalist and columnist for Onet dealing with foreign and security policy. Author of books about Russia and Belarus. In the past, he was a diplomat in Moscow and chargé d’affaires of the Republic of Poland in Belarus. He also worked in the arms industry.

Anna Maria Dyner
Polityka Insight – Senior Security and Eastern Affairs Analyst

From 2010 to 2024, she worked at the Polish Institute of International Affairs, and before that, m.in, at the Centre for Eastern Studies. Her research interests cover the area of the former USSR, with particular emphasis on the security and foreign policy of Russia and Belarus. She graduated with honors from the Institute of Political Science and East European Studies at the University of Warsaw. She is also a graduate of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program. In 2008 received the award of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding achievements in science.


Jan Grabowski
Member of the Management Board of the Polish Armaments Group SA

An experienced manager with 20 years of experience in an international environment, primarily in the defense industry. For the last 6 years, from 2018, he was the General Manager of MBDA in Poland, previously in 2015-2018 he was responsible for the Central and Eastern European market at Nexter Systems in France. In 2012-2014, he was the director of strategy and international industrial cooperation at Bumar sp. z o.o. Jan Grabowski is a graduate of International Relations at the University of Warsaw, postgraduate studies in public relations and strategic communication at the Warsaw School of Economics and studies at the Institute of Higher National Defense Studies in Paris (Institut des hautes études de Defense Nationale à Paris, IHEDN).

 

Honorata Hencel
Managing Director, Boeing Poland & Ukraine

She is an experienced leader with over 20 years of experience leading large international teams. She has worked with airlines, avionics manufacturers, and software vendors in the highly regulated aviation industry. She also chairs Boeing Women Inspiring Leadership Europe and is a co-founder of the regional aviation cluster Aviation Hub Pomerania. She is responsible for shaping the strategy and implementing programs supporting the development and optimization of Boeing’s business in Poland.

 

General Bogusław Pacek
Director of the Polish Army Museum and lecturer at the Jagiellonian University

Professor Maj. Gen. Honoris Causa of the University of Defense of Ukraine in Kyiv and the University of the Air Force of Ukraine in Kharkiv, former Rector of the National Defense University, Commander-in-Chief of the Military Police, Advisor to the Ministers of National Defense, Deputy Commander of the EU Military Operation in Chad and the Central African Republic, Assistant to the Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Army for Land Forces and Special Forces, NATO advisor on the reform of the military education system of Ukraine.

 

Piotr Wojciechowski
President of the Management Board of WB ELECTRONICS S.A.

An outstanding engineer, his inventions revolutionized the way the army functioned in Poland. He participated in many projects related to the modernization of the army, including the creation of complex communication and command systems. Author of about 100 electronic and IT products. At WB Electronics, he is responsible for the Company’s development strategy, finances and sales.

 

Jarosław Wolski
Lecturer at the Naval Academy in Gdynia, Independent

Expert, Political scientist, journalist, publicist and civilian OSINT (open source intelligence) analyst dealing with the military and defense, specializing in armored and anti-tank weapons.
