The Talent Development Center invites you! TalentRoom was created for those who would like to test their strengths and talents in action. It is not only a logical game on the basis of an escape room, but also an interesting form of spending time with newly met people or a group of friends (3-5 people).
TalentRoom is a workshop during which everyone has something to do, and the more commitment, the better the fun and the greater the chance of completing the task. Analytical skills, creativity, perceptiveness or associating facts are useful. To complete the task, participants must solve a series of puzzles, find hidden props and secret caches, as well as decipher messages, find keys and codes. Doomed to cooperation and their competences!
Darkness and puzzles are not everything, however. The whole process takes place in three stages. First, a short workshop on competences. Then the participants are locked in a room – TalentRoom, where they will be observed by a career counsellor while solving a number of puzzles to test their skills. Finally, they will meet again in the workshop room to discuss the results of their work.
Each participant of the game will receive feedback on how they cooperate with the group and what role they have taken on while performing the tasks. They will find out what they are good at and what competences are crucial when performing individual stages. In addition, they can receive information on what to pay attention to in the case of recruitment, using similar tools.
