This time we will focus on topics related to the use of virtual reality
in

development processes, and our guest will be 4Results.

Immediately after the meeting, we invite you to the Workshop – New Immersive Simulation from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m . (free of charge, limited number of places, please send registration for the workshop to the e-mail address: biuro@klubhr.pl), which will be conducted by trainers from 4Results

The workshop will be an opportunity to experience an immersive simulation used to develop soft skills of managers and employees, such as: leadership, teamwork, decision-making, psychological safety, communication, accountability. The simulation uses virtual reality to develop skills based on missions on a submarine and helicopter. It is an extraordinary experience based on real missions carried out by David Marquet and described in his bestseller “Change Course!”.
