Ifyou want to learn about partnership management methods based on trust and teamwork – this training is for you! We invite you to a meeting with the Turquoise Leader – Magdalena Binkiewicz, who will conduct a training entitled “10 principles of partner leadership”.

For whom?

The meeting is addressed to women who are leaders on a daily basis – at home, in companies, institutions, non-governmental organizations and who want to develop their leadership competences.

What are the benefits?

During the training, you will learn how to build a safe space where every voice, opinion or idea is important, how to strengthen trust in the team and achieve better results together.

You will learn the principles of Partnership Leadership, which are based on the following points:

Each of us has different resources, talents, skills. As a diverse team, we create wholeness, because thanks to the fact that we are differently equipped – we complement each other, the wisdom of the team is greater than the wisdom of an individual, according to the principle “none of us is as smart as all of us”.

The world is changing and we should also keep up with what is happening around us (or maybe “stay ahead of reality”?). 100 years ago, the “wise boss” managed “the hands to work”, but the work was repetitive, uncomplicated and monotonous. Today it is different. In the era of complexity, diversity and specialization, companies need not only hands to work, but also head and heart, i.e. employee engagement.

After the training, you will be able to put into practice the 10 PRINCIPLES OF PARTNER LEADERSHIP! Come to the Flow Club meeting to learn how to manage differently!
