Sylwia Światłowska – career counsellor, psychologist, soft skills trainer. She completed postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management and the School of Psychological Training and Workshop at the INTRA Center for Psychological Assistance and Education in Warsaw and Job-Coaching – modern career counseling at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. On a daily basis, she is emotionally and professionally associated with the Talent Development Center. As part of her work, she has made numerous public appearances during speeches and conferences, workshops and events.
