Dariusz Walczak – organizational psychologist, trainer, lecturer at the SWPS University. He specializes in the area of studying the dynamics of interactions between people in broadly understood interpersonal relationships. For over 20 years, she has been supporting employees and managers in the development of their professional competences through workshops. She is interested in the analysis of the quality of interpersonal relationships and their impact on health, emotions, stress and commitment at work.
You can only take part in each Talent Development Center workshop once.
