She has completed a number of specialist trainings in the field of career counseling, coaching, managerial and interpersonal skills training, as well as recruitment and selection. She has many years of professional experience in the field of individual career counseling as well as workshop training for various groups of clients. Her training activities concern the city of Szczecin. among others. the area of competence diagnosis, career planning, interpersonal communication, personal and professional development, self-presentation techniques. In her professional work, she focuses on professionalism, supporting and accompanying those who want to develop.
