The “Job interview in practice” workshop is an offer to receive knowledge and practical tools that will allow you to effectively prepare for the interview and effectively present your strengths and competences to a potential employer.

During the workshops:

• you will prepare for typical recruitment questions:
  • you will analyze the most frequently asked questions and ways to answer effectively;
  • you will practice job interview scenarios.
• You will learn the role of preparation before the interview:
  • you will learn how to obtain information about the company and the interlocutor before the meeting;
  • You will learn how to use the acquired knowledge during the conversation.
• you will develop the skills to deal with difficult questions:
  • you will learn techniques for dealing with questions about weaknesses, conflicts or experiences of failure;
  • You will receive feedback from the trainer.

Host

Sylwia Światłowska – for over seven years a career counsellor at the Talent Development Centre; psychologist, soft skills trainer. She completed postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management and the School of Psychological Training and Workshop at the INTRA Center for Psychological Assistance and Education in Warsaw and Job-Coaching – modern career counseling at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. He has a lot of kindness and empathy.
