The Talent Development Center invites you to workshops entitled: “Communication in life and work, or the art of communication”

Communication in the work environment refers to communicating about topics related to it, but not only. Its lack can result in misunderstandings, confusion, and even inadvertently hurting the feelings of the other person. Knowledge of how to communicate effectively helps to reduce misunderstandings, increase the sense of satisfaction or strengthen cooperation and trust in the team. People who know how to communicate effectively can face challenges more effectively.

Therefore, although building positive communication habits requires willingness, time and effort, it is worth devoting your attention to it. And you, how often do you talk to someone and think you speak two different languages? No matter where we live and work, communication is an integral part of our functioning. You will learn why we talk about the “art” of communication, what it means and how it affects us and others during the workshops.

The meeting is based on a game in which we polish not only effective communication, but also cooperation, which is the key to completing the task.
