It seems to us that this is an obvious matter.
Everyone has their own way of understanding and communicating information, but communication at work must be tailored to all team members.
How to reconcile this?

We invite you to a workshop during which you will play a communication game.
It is a great opportunity to identify and develop your interpersonal skills.
You will learn about your way of communication and the factors that contribute to effective communication.
Thanks to the game, you will not only experience the difficulties of exchanging information, but also find a way to improve it.
The workshops motivate active listening and noticing the differences between a message and an interpretation.

The workshops will be conducted by career counsellors: Katarzyna Burda-Kosałka and Sylwia Światłowska.
