Being in an unknown group and working together under time pressure is quite a challenge.
Employers are increasingly emphasizing that they are looking for employees who can work in a diverse environment.
Companies are eager to hire people with different talents who can use them in teamwork.
Before hiring, future employers check how job candidates cope with solving previously unknown problems and whether they can benefit from cooperation with other team members.

Are you wondering if you could handle such a challenge? It’s worth practicing! To this end, we invite you to participate in the Cooperation – it pays off workshops, during which we will provide a solid dose of team games using modern tools. We invite organizers, planners, contractors, leaders, and all those who do not yet know their role in the team. We will try to strengthen your strengths and work on your weaker ones.

During the workshops, you can count on:

• safe and relaxed atmosphere,
• getting to know other people and improving teamwork,
• testing yourself at work under time pressure,
• developing skills such as: planning and implementing a project or leading in a team,
• feedback on the role in the team.

The meeting will be hosted by career counsellors: Milena Chomik and Karolina Laskowska.

The workshops are aimed at adults. Participation in them is free of charge, but the number of places is limited, so prior registration is required.

Important

You can only take part in each Talent Development Center workshop once.They take place cyclically, but their content is the same. We ask people who have already participated in the meeting not to take their seats.
