Did you know that the Kaizen method, known from the Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement, can help you search for a job more effectively? During the workshop, you will learn how to apply the principle of “small steps” in the process of professional development and looking for your dream job.

The workshops are aimed at people who are looking for a job, change their profession or want to approach this process in a more thoughtful and systematic way. Thanks to the practical approach, each participant will create their own personalized action plan.

During the workshops:

• you will learn the Kaizen philosophy and its application in professional life,
• you will learn to make small changes and set achievable goals in your job search,
• you will learn effective techniques and tools to support the job search process,
• you will learn how to improve your approach and acquire new skills every day,
• you will create an individual action plan that will help you effectively implement the Kaizen method in your job search.

The meeting will be hosted by career counsellors: Iwona Gryś and Joanna Falicka.

Important

You can only take part in each Talent Development Center workshop once.They take place cyclically, but their content is the same. We ask people who have already participated in the meeting not to take their seats.

The workshops are aimed at adults. Participation in them is free of charge, but the number of places is limited, so prior registration is required.
