The end of the year is an intense time in many workplaces, as it is associated with the completion of various projects. With a large number of responsibilities, a desire to escape from personal problems, an excessive need to control one’s life and a sense of external and internal compulsion to meet high standards of work quality, it is not difficult to fall into workaholism.
Unlike other behavioral addictions, it is unfortunately mistakenly perceived in society as a positive phenomenon. In reality, however, it brings a lot of losses to both mental and physical health. In order to prevent this really dangerous addiction, we invite you to the workshop “Stop the professional spinning wheel, or how to effectively prevent workaholism”.
December 9, 2024, 3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., stationary at the Talent Development Center.
The workshops are aimed at adults. Participation in them is free of charge, but the number of places is limited, so prior registration is required.
