Colliers International, a global real estate advisory firm, has published its Office 2016 report entitled “Office 2016”. “Christmas in the big city”, where, next to Warsaw, Katowice and Poznań, Olivia was indicated as an example of a Tri-City office project with an attractive December program of events engaging tenants.

– The Tri-City project of Olivia Business Centre in Gdańsk takes care of the festive atmosphere among the residents of the office complex by offering an extensive December programme of events. Starting from the Charity Christmas Fair, where the exhibitors are foundations and non-governmental organizations, through the Great Christmas Competition of Handmade Decorations, Santa Claus sweet surprises for every employee, to the Christmas Eve Family Meeting of Residents of Olivia Business Centre. Guests in Olivia Tower can enjoy music, concerts, caroling, delicacies, drinks, snacks and Santa Claus. A Christmas tree fair is organized in the parking lot in front of Olivia Point. The competition for the funniest Christmas sweater is also very popular. In the last days before Christmas, a choral concert of Christmas carols will be organized on the patio. – Colliers describes in its report.
