Energa Group has extended its lease agreement for 14,800 sq m. of office space in Olivia Business Centre in Gdansk. The tenant was represented in the transaction by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Energa Group is one of the four largest domestic energy groups, which distributes, generates and trades in electricity and heat. Energa is also one of the three largest suppliers of electricity in Poland. The company satisfies the energy demand of more than 2.9 million residential and business customers, and its range covers approx. 24% of the country’s area. The Energa Group was established as a result of the consolidation of the Energy Group ENERGA SA with Zespół Elektrowni Ostrołęka SA. Energa-Operator’s branches are located m.in. in Elbląg, Gdansk, Kalisz and Toruń.
Olivia Business Centre is one of the most interesting, multifunctional office projects in Poland.
