Olivia with great trust from investors

Olivia Business Centre is consistently implementing the bond issue program launched at the beginning of 2020. The next issue, placed in October, met with so much interest from individual investors that it was necessary to reduce the complex subscriptions. Therefore, the pool of subsequent issues was increased to meet the high market demand.

As part of the conducted in October, through Noble Securities S.A. G series bonds offer, it was planned to raise PLN 20 million. Like the previous issues, the offer was addressed primarily to individual investors. The collected subscriptions covered the amount of nearly PLN 23 million, so the October issue resulted in an average reduction rate of approximately 13%. – The high interest of bondholders in this case once again confirmed the attractiveness of investing in bonds, especially in the era of low or even zero interest rates – says Wojciech Gąsowski, Managing Director at Noble Securities S.A., offering Olivia’s securities. – The enlarged pool of the last issue in 2020 amounted to nearly PLN 22 million and exceeded the originally assumed demand by almost PLN 2 million.

The successfully completed series G and H of the bond issue are the third and fourth issue under the new issue program, which provides for obtaining a total of PLN 100 million. So far, PLN 75,775,000 has been collected. Both issues, placed in the fourth quarter of 2020, offered a fixed interest rate of 6% per annum – well above the average for available bank deposits. In the over 10-year history of the project on the bond market, this is the 21st issue. All issues to date have been regulated on time. Moreover, these were the next issues of Olivia’s bonds, in which the subscription reduction was applied. According to the issuer’s declaration, the program will be continued in the coming months in cooperation with Noble Securities S.A.

– The great interest in securities confirms the positive reception of the market in view of the consistent development of Olivia Business Centre. The diversified portfolio of tenants and the high technological quality of the project, confirmed by international certificates and numerous awards, have a positive effect on the attractiveness of this investment – says Maciej Grabski, President of the Management Board of Olivia Business Centre. – Since 2010, we have been building the largest business centre in Poland. This market reaction motivates us to continue the bond program in the coming months, and confirms Olivia’s position in the European business centre market.
