Since the beginning of the epidemic, Olivia’s team has been implementing a number of activities aimed at minimizing the risk of infection with the virus that causes COVID-19. We base them on 3 fundamental principles that result from international expertise in the protection of office space users:

• maintaining a distance of at least 2 meters between building users;
• maintaining a proper sanitary regime in buildings;
• maximum, in the given conditions , not allowing the formation of large groups of people in small spaces.

All the works we carry out are aimed at ensuring maximum safety for Olivia’s Residents and Guests during the “new

normal““. Here are a few of them:

1. We have colour-coded each Olivia building, facilitating the movement of OBC Residents and Guests as well as communication dedicated to the changes.

2. We have designated separate entrances and exits from the buildings.
3. We have pasted the outdoor area, indicating the routes recommended by Olivia to the entrance to the buildings and the routes out of the buildings, with communication paths starting at key points of the Residents’ movement:

• at the Olivia Gate A building (next to Starbucks, people heading to Olivia from the SKM Przymorze station);
• at Olivia Four (people heading to Olivia from Wita Stwosza Street and the “Tetmajera” tram stop).

4. We have marked the access control gates, indicating the entrance and exit.
5. We have marked out the routes of movement in the halls of the buildings (entrances, exits) – along with an indication of the directions of movement and markings on keeping a distance.

6. We have introduced markings for keeping a safe distance in elevators:

• up to 4 people can travel in the main elevators at the same time;
• Up to 2 people can move around the garage lifts at the same time.
  

7. We have installed additional dispensers with disinfectant liquid in the lobby of the buildings (on the entrance roads) and in the elevator lobbies of the underground floors.
8. We have marked the bathrooms in a way that recommends the use of every second sink and every other urinal.
9. We have marked the changing rooms and shower cubicles in a way that limits the number of people staying in these rooms at the same time:

• a maximum of one person is allowed on a bench in the bicycle locker room;
• We use every second shower cubicle.
